Sorcerous Empowerment justifies the addition of supernatural/cosmic advantages appropriate to the selected bloodline (ex: a sorcerer with a red dragon bloodline could add a breath weapon by purchasing Innate Attack with a cone enhancement, or could grow scaly skin that provides Damage Resistance against fire damage). These additional abilities are added along with a fairly obvious physical change which amounts to a -5% modifier on the cost of the abilities.
